Optional extras are paid services you can add to any package. They are never included in a package, and each one starts only when you choose it.

  • SMS Credits

    Prepaid credits for text messages, with top-ups that never expire.

    Not on sale yet. The text-message provider is being connected.

    What it does

    • One credit pays for one text message, or one minute of a call through a TUZO number
    • Missed-call text-back
    • Automatic texts such as lesson reminders and enquiry follow-ups, where your school turns them on

  • AI Receptionist

    Coming soon

    Answers the calls you miss, so an enquiry is not lost while you teach.

    Not available yet. It is built, but no phone provider is connected.

    Benefits

    • Your school’s own TUZO phone number
    • Summaries and transcripts of its calls in TUZO HQ
    • Cancel at least 7 days before it renews

    What it does

    • Answers calls your school misses and takes enquiries
    • Can offer lesson times, when your school allows it
    • Texts a confirmation
    • Brings 100 credits a month, one for each minute of a call or each text. Monthly credits do not roll over.
    • Top up with SMS Credits when you need more
